Meanwhile, Ridgeview scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They breezed by Baker County on the road to the tune of 72-37. With that victory, Ridgeview brought their scoring average up to 51.3 points per game.
Ridgeview's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Nia Blocton, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 13 rebounds, and Nacoya Blocton, who scored 32 points along with eight steals and seven assists. That makes it three consecutive games in which Blocton has scored at least a third of Ridgeview's points. Aniyah Campbell was another key contributor, scoring six points along with ten rebounds and four blocks.
Trinity Christian Academy has fallen quite a ways from their 18-9 record last season and are now at 2-13. As for Ridgeview, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.
Trinity Christian Academy was taken down by Ridgeview 53-17 in their previous meeting back in January of 2023. Thankfully for Trinity Christian Academy, Paetyn Miller (who scored 12 points along with five assists) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
