Centaurus came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4 goals), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Frederick Golden Eagles 9-1. Considering Centaurus have won three contests by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Frederick with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Sophie Neale (5), Makena Ringer (2), Sloane Weiss, and Nina Pupacic.

The victory got Centaurus back to even at 4-4. As for Frederick, they dropped their record down to 2-8-1 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Coincidentally, Centaurus and Frederick will both be playing Mead the next time they take the pitch. The Warriors will head out to face the Mavericks at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Golden Eagles will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
