Softball Recap: Shiocton Falls Short of Bonduel in the Playoffs

Shiocton and Bonduel squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Shiocton had to settle for second. They lost 10-0 to the Bears. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Chiefs haven't been shut out since back in April.

Shiocton's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Bonduel, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-8 record this season.

Shiocton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bonduel, they will square off against Oconto on Thursday. The Blue Devils will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something the Bears surely won't give up without a fight.
