Basketball Recap: Oakwood Comes Up Short

Oakwood was the 85-52 winner over Pacifica Christian/Santa Monica when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Oakwood Owls fell 71-58 to the Pacifica Christian/Santa Monica Seawolves on Saturday.

Oakwood now has a losing record at 7-8. As for Pacifica Christian/Santa Monica, they now have a winning record of 9-8.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing de Toledo the next time they take the court. Oakwood will head out to face de Toledo at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while Pacifica Christian/Santa Monica will host them at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
