Volleyball Recap: Lassiter Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Lassiter was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Riverwood Raiders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Raiders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in August.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-9, 25-19.

Lassiter's defeat dropped their record down to 5-17. As for Riverwood, they pushed their record up to 15-13 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Lassiter will square off against rival Sprayberry at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Riverwood is set to challenge their familiar foe Pope at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
