Soccer Game Preview: Westosha Central vs. DeForest

The Westosha Central Falcons will head out on the road to take on the DeForest Norskies at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Westosha Central is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. Their defense stepped up to hand Wilmot a 10-0 shutout on Tuesday. The high-scoring effort was just what Westosha Central needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

Meanwhile, DeForest waltzed into their match on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Goslings by a score of 2-0. Give DeForest's defense some credit: that's the team's fourth straight shutout.

Westosha Central's win bumped their record up to 2-4-2. As for DeForest, their victory bumped their record up to 7-2-1.

Westosha Central might still be hurting after the 4-0 loss they got from DeForest in their previous meeting back in May of 2025. Can the Falcons avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
