Football Game Preview: Tomahawk Hatchets vs. Stratford Tigers + Official Tickets

Tomahawk is 0-5 against Stratford since September of 2015 but things could change on Friday. The Hatchets will welcome the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Tomahawk comes in on five and Stratford on nine.

Tomahawk is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. Everything went their way against Spencer/Columbus as they made off with a 34-12 victory. The Hatchets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by 21 points or more this season.

Tiegan Sarazin had a dynamite game, rushing for 100 yards and a pair of TDs.

On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Tomahawk's defense and their three sacks. Ethan Gibeault was particularly dangerous to the passing game, picking up two himself.

Meanwhile, Stratford's game on Friday was all tied up 14-14 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They walked away with a 28-21 win over Prairie du Chien.

Stratford's victory bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Tomahawk, their win bumped their record up to 10-1.
