Football Recap: Beach Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Friday just wasn't the day for Beach's offense. They took a blow against Linton/Hazelton-Moffit-Braddock/Strasburg/Zeeland on Friday, falling 73-0. The Buccaneers lost against Linton/Hazelton-Moffit-Braddock/Strasburg/Zeeland in their previous head to head back in August of 2023, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 36-6 score last time.

Beach's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Linton/Hazelton-Moffit-Braddock/Strasburg/Zeeland, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Beach will face off against rival New Salem on Friday. Meanwhile, Linton/Hazelton-Moffit-Braddock/Strasburg/Zeeland is set to square off against their familiar foe Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig]/Flasher on Friday.
