Volleyball Recap: Holy Spirit Catholic Comes Up Short

Holy Spirit Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Tuscaloosa Academy Knights. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Knights this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-1 defeat on Monday.

Holy Spirit Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 6-21. As for Tuscaloosa Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-17.

Holy Spirit Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Tuscaloosa Academy, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Tuscaloosa County on the 8th.
