Baseball Recap: Wilson Comes Up Short

Wilson lost to Wynnewood two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagles lost 15-4 to the Savages.

Wilson saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Dylan Tunnell, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one run and one double.

Wilson's loss dropped their record down to 9-4. As for Wynnewood, their win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-2.

Wilson and Wynnewood should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Oklahoma Rankings. The Eagles will take on Velma-Alma at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday with a big rank advantage (158 vs. 345). Meanwhile, Wynnewood (ranked 103rd) will meet Pauls Valley (ranked 253rd) at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
