Baseball Recap: Lamar Consolidated Comes Up Short

Lamar Consolidated was the 7-2 winner over Fort Bend Kempner when they last played one another last Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Mustangs came up short against the Cougars on Friday, falling 9-3.

Lamar Consolidated got a good showing from Sebastian Silva, who struck out six batters over 3.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and six unearned) runs off three hits.
