Volleyball Recap: Mt. Pulaski Hilltoppers vs. Galena Pirates
Mt. Pulaski was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Galena Pirates. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Hilltoppers of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2023.
The final score came out to 25-14, 25-15.
Mt. Pulaski's defeat dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Galena, the win (which was their 18th in a row) raised their record to 28-1.
