Soccer Game Preview: Sequatchie County vs. St. Andrews-Sewanee

The Sequatchie County Indians will venture away from home to face off against the St. Andrews-Sewanee Mountain Lions at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Sequatchie County is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.8 goals per game this season.

Sequatchie County came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 6-1 to Chattanooga Prep. The match was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly Sequatchie County struggled afterwards.

Their goal came courtesy of Isaac Littles, who's now up to 13 this season.

Meanwhile, St. Andrews-Sewanee waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 1-0 W against the Trojans. St. Andrews-Sewanee's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three contests.

The victory got St. Andrews-Sewanee back to even at 5-5-2. As for Sequatchie County, their loss dropped their record down to 8-2-3.
