Basketball Game Preview: White River Valley Wolverines vs. Shakamak Lakers

White River Valley hasn't had much luck against Shakamak recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will dust off their jerseys to square off against one another at 7:30 p.m.

Last Saturday, White River Valley ended up a good deal behind Mitchell and lost 57-42. The Wolverines have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Shakamak can finally bid farewell to their five-game losing streak thanks to their game last Saturday. They took down Marshall 58-41.

White River Valley now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Shakamak, their win bumped their record up to 4-7.
