Volleyball Recap: Classical Prep Wins Going Away Against Bayshore Christian + How To Watch

Classical Prep not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since September 12, 2024 (when they won 3-0). Everything went their way against the Bayshore Christian Faith Warriors as they made off with a 3-0 win. For the Lions, this counts as revenge for the 3-2 victory the Faith Warriors walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2021.

Classical Prep never let Bayshore Christian on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-14, 25-22.

Madelynn Zimmermn paced Classical Prep's offense, picking up 19 kills. Zimmermn got some help from Anabel Christianson and her 26 assists. Zimmermn was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

The win got Classical Prep back to even at 2-2. As for Bayshore Christian, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Coming up, Classical Prep will take on Pasco at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Lions are facing the Pirates at the right time seeing as the Pirates are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Bayshore Christian, they will face off against St. Petersburg Catholic at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
