Volleyball Recap: Mountain City Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Mountain City Christian Academy lost against Dimond back in August of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Lions fell 2-0 to the Lynx. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Jieaya Siatini-Williams paced Mountain City Christian Academy's offense, picking up five kills. Siatini-Williams got some help from Peyton Marks and her four assists.

Mountain City Christian Academy now has a losing record of 17-18-2. As for Dimond, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-9-1 record this season.

Mountain City Christian Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against West Valley on the 25th. As for Dimond, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Valdez on the 25th.
