Softball Recap: South Central Has No Trouble Against Havelock

South Central came out on top against Havelock on Tuesday thanks in part to the team's impressive ten-run fourth inning. The Falcons put the hurt on the Rams with a sharp 17-5 win. The Falcons haven't had any issues with the Rams recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Haven Roebuck was a standout: she went 3-for-4 with four runs, one triple, and two RBI. That's the most runs she has posted since back in March. Syriah Adams also deserves some recognition as she got her first hit of the season.

South Central's win bumped their record up to 13-6. As for Havelock, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-14.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. South Central will square off against rival Jacksonville at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Havelock is set to face off against their familiar foe Northside - Jacksonville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
