Brendan Hall's Big Game Leads Geneva County over Samson

Starting off the list is Geneva County's Brendan Hall, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Hall rushed for 312 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 12.0 yards per carry. He showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 67 yards.

His longest rush was for an impressive 50 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Providence Christian, bringing their record for this year to 6-1. Sharp and Providence Christian will challenge Long at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Cottonwood picked up their eighth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to King Campbell. Ariton had no answer to Campbell as he rushed for 200 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries. Campbell is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last six games he's played dating back to last season.

This year, Campbell has averaged 16 receiving yards per game.

Craig Pittman Makes It Two for Providence Christian
