Baseball Recap: St. John Gets the Win

St. John proved they can win big on Saturday (they won by 11) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the Glenmora Wildcats 5-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Eagles have posted since April 1, 2024.

The victory got St. John back to even at 6-6. As for Glenmora, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. John will welcome Catholic of Pointe Coupee at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. St. John is facing Catholic of Pointe Coupee at the right time seeing as Catholic of Pointe Coupee is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Glenmora, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Glenmora Wildcats challenge LaSalle Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
