Weeping Water has gone 8-2 against Palmyra recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Weeping Water Indians will be home for the holidays to greet the Palmyra Panthers at 6:00 p.m. Weeping Water is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 51.2 points per game this season.

Weeping Water will head into Tuesday's game eager for some revenge after what happened against Louisville: Weeping Water blew Louisville out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Tuesday Louisville got their revenge. Weeping Water fell just short of Louisville by a score of 31-29. The match marked the Indians' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Despite their defeat, Weeping Water saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Kaylea Mccaulley, who posted seven points, was perhaps the best of all.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Palmyra). They pulled ahead with a 44-43 photo finish over Johnson County Central on Tuesday.

The victory got Palmyra back to even at 2-2. As for Weeping Water, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 4-1.

Weeping Water didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Palmyra when the teams last played back in February, but they still walked away with a 39-34 win. Will Weeping Water repeat their success, or does Palmyra have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
