Football Recap: Highland Home Comes Up Short on the Road Against Straughn + How To Watch

Highland Home kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They took a blow against the Straughn Tigers, falling 40-12. The Flying Squadron were already down big by the end of the third quarter and they stayed that way after failing to score in the fourth.

Cooper Mount threw for 90 yards on nine of 16 attempts. Brody Phillips was his top target, picking up 47 receiving yards.

Highland Home has already played their next match, a 49-12 loss against Charles Henderson on the 29th. As for Straughn, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 20-13 defeat against T.R. Miller on the 29th.
