Football Recap: Highland Home Starts Season with Defeat on the Road + How To Watch

Highland Home had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They were dealt a 40-12 loss at the hands of the Straughn Tigers. The Flying Squadron were already down big by the end of the third quarter and they stayed that way after failing to score in the fourth.

Branson May threw for 82 yards on nine of 14 attempts.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Highland Home will look to takes advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they takes on Charles Henderson at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Straughn, they will welcome T.R. Miller at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
