Volleyball Recap: Winner Extends Winning Streak to Six

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Winner had no problem doing just that on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Pine Ridge Thorpes as they made off with a 3-0 win. The victory was familiar territory for the Warriors, who have now won six matches in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-10, 25-19.

Lilly Barfuss paced Winner's offense, picking up 13 kills. Barfuss got some help from Gracie Root and her 35 assists. Livvy Audiss controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Winner's win bumped their record up to 25-6. As for Pine Ridge, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 22-14.

Coming up, Winner will face off against Wagner on Tuesday. Pine Ridge does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
