Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bishop DuBourg). They never let the Crossroads Current get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory on Friday. Considering Bishop DuBourg's offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Bishop DuBourg's win bumped their record up to 2-8-1. As for Crossroads, they dropped their record down to 2-6 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bishop DuBourg will welcome St. Pius X at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Crossroads, they will take on Maplewood-Richmond Heights at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
