Milton was the team that made the biggest jump in the rankings, moving from fifth to third in Heartland I. Earlier in the week, the Black Panthers defeated Central Columbia 32-20.

Jersey Shore moved up to 339 from 385 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Bulldogs were able to move up by beating Bloomsburg 21-14.

Sam Dressler was the best running back in the league this week. He ran for 157 yards on 21 carries as Danville lost to Danville. Isaiah Croll also contributed to the rushing game with 92 yards on the ground.

Logan English put up the best numbers through the air as Jersey Shore topped the Panthers. He had a total of 14 completions for 165 yards. English's favorite target this week was Brody Smith, who caught 10 passes for 54 yards.

Bryce Charles made the biggest impact on defense this week as Tom Gravish's team topped Bloomsburg. The 5-foot-11 sophomore racked up 4.0 sacks.

Luhrman was the best wideout in Heartland I this week as the Wildcats lost to the Ironmen. Luhrman tallied 7 receptions for 78 yards. Brian Zimmerman helped Mifflinburg's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 60 yards.

5-foot-11 quarterback English of the Bulldogs is the league leader in passing yards this season with 402. He has also thrown 5 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is Logan Finsterbush. The Mifflinburg star has 7 catches for 210 yards.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when Mifflinburg takes on Jersey Shore. Jason Dressler's team is in fourth place, while the Bulldogs are in fifth place.

Danville added to the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating the Wildcats, 37-13. The victory was the fourth in a row for Jim Keiser's team.
