American Prep WV extended their home winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Moses Duon. The American Prep WV Eagles blew past the Vanguard Academy Knights 60-17 on Friday thanks in part to Duon, who went 8 for 10 en route to 17 points along with seven rebounds and four steals. Thanks to that strong game, he now owns an excellent 46.4% shooting accuracy.

Another player making a difference was Judo Oman, who posted eight points. What's more, he also posted a 75% field goal percentage, which is the highest he's posted since back in January of 2024.

When it comes to explaining why Vanguard Academy lost, don't look at Ben Kingston. Despite the final result, he had 11 points.

American Prep WV has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a massive bump to their 12-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.9 points over those games. As for Vanguard Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-5.

American Prep WV has already played their next contest, an 86-63 victory against Intermountain Christian on the 4th. As for Vanguard Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 57-50 win against Salt Lake Academy on the 4th.
