Basketball Recap: St. Andrew's Episcopal Takes a Loss

St. Andrew's Episcopal was the 41-34 winner over Puckett when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The St. Andrew's Episcopal Saints fell 38-26 to the Puckett Wolves on Tuesday. The Saints have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Leading Puckett to victory were Caili McAfee and Sunny Peden. McAfee almost dropped a double-double on 14 points and nine boards, while Peden posted four points in addition to six rebounds and three steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which McAfee has scored at least a third of Puckett's points.

St. Andrew's Episcopal's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Puckett, their victory bumped their record up to 12-9.

St. Andrew's Episcopal has already played their next match (against Raleigh), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Puckett wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 57-44 win against Vancleave on the 29th.
