Softball Preview: Palmetto Tigers vs. Sarasota Sailors
The Palmetto Tigers are taking a road trip to square off against the Sarasota Sailors at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
It was a proper cat-fight when Palmetto duked it out with Inspiration Academy on Tuesday. The Tigers came up short against the Lions, falling 11-1. The Tigers have struggled against the Lions recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Sarasota always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .556. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lakewood Ranch only posted an OBP of .417.
Sarasota's record now sits at 17-6. As for Palmetto, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-8.
