Volleyball Recap: Paradise Honors Comes Up Short

The Paradise Honors Panthers lost 3-0 to the Cactus Shadows Falcons on Tuesday. The match marked the first time this year in which the Panthers were not able to get on the board.

Paradise Honors took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-19, 25-23.

Parker LaChance paced Paradise Honors' offense, picking up nine kills. LaChance got some help from Kai Harada and his 18 assists. Patrick Dyson controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

This is the second loss in a row for Paradise Honors and nudges their season record down to 4-4. As for Cactus Shadows, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-8 record this season.

Paradise Honors didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Greenway on the 8th. As for Cactus Shadows, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against Goldwater on the 3rd.
