Soccer Recap: Central Takes a Loss

Central lost against Park Hill back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Indians lost 4-0 to the Trojans. While losing is never fun, Central can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri soccer rankings (they are ranked 99th, while Park Hill are ranked 16th).

Central's loss dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Park Hill, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Central will challenge rival Park Hill South at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Park Hill is set to face off against their familiar foe Oak Park at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
