Volleyball Recap: Polson Pirates vs. Laurel Locomotives
Polson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Laurel Locomotives. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Pirates of the 3-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2022.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-13.
Polson's defeat dropped their record down to 13-7-2. As for Laurel, the win got them back to even at 6-6-1.
Polson has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Havre on the 19th. As for Laurel, they will be playing at home against Billings Central Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
