Clarksville extended their home winning streak to 24 games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Malon Smith. The Clarksville Wildcats enjoyed a cozy 62-48 victory over the Kenwood Knights on Friday thanks in part to Smith, who shot 47% from the field to rack up 27 points and four steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed four or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Shakiah Vance was another key player, going 5-for-11 en route to 15 points and four steals. What's more, she also posted a 57% three-point shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's achieved since back in December of 2024.

Despite the loss, Kenwood still got an impressive performance from Yazmine Pearson, who posted 22 points. Another player making a difference was Sarai Townsend, who scored 12 points.

Clarksville's win bumped their record up to 24-1. As for Kenwood, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-20 record this season.

Clarksville has already played their next game (against Dickson County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Kenwood does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
