Baseball Recap: Bishop Feehan's Victory on Sunday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Bishop Feehan had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Sunday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Boston Latin Wolfpack a 2-0 shutout.

Not much got past Jack Gasse, who gave up just seven hits to keep Boston Latin off the board. Gasse has been consistent for a while: he hasn't given up more than one walk in ten consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Randen May, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. That's the most hits he has posted since back in April.

Bishop Feehan's win bumped their record up to 19-4. As for Boston Latin, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-9.

Bishop Feehan will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Wolfpack: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled on Monday.
