Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Gilbert, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They secured a 68-64 W over Maryvale on Friday.

Cesar Chavez pushed their record up to 15-11 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.8 points over those games. As for Gilbert, their win bumped their record up to 10-14.
