Volleyball Game Preview: Rice Bulldogs vs. Palmer Bulldogs

Rice is on a five-game streak of home losses, and Palmer a seven-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Friday. Rice will look to defend their home court against Palmer at 4:30 p.m.

Rice lost 3-0 to Scurry-Rosser on Friday.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-11, 25-15.

Meanwhile, Palmer hadn't done well against Scurry-Rosser recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 3-1.

The win didn't come easy: Scurry-Rosser scored at least 19 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-19, 22-25, 25-23.

Palmer's victory bumped their record up to 25-11. As for Rice, their loss dropped their record down to 10-22.
