Softball Recap: Aubrey Rogers Comes Up Short

Aubrey Rogers was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 7-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the John Carroll Catholic Rams.

Sofia Ardezzone was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.

Aubrey Rogers' loss dropped their record down to 8-11. As for John Carroll Catholic, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-4.

Aubrey Rogers has already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Gulf Coast on the 12th. As for John Carroll Catholic, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 12-0 win against Evangelical Christian on the 11th.
