Basketball Recap: Twin Cities Academy/Great River Piles Up the Points Against Math & Science Academy

Twin Cities Academy/Great River entered their tilt with Math & Science Academy on Friday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They claimed a resounding 85-47 win over the Math & Science Academy Dragons. While Twin Cities Academy/Great River didn't have the best season last year (they finished 11-18), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Twin Cities Academy/Great River's victory bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Math & Science Academy, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-12.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Twin Cities Academy/Great River will venture away from home to take on Liberty Classical Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Math & Science Academy, they will take on Avail Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Avail Academy's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
