Basketball Recap: Fairview Drops Season-High Score on Crescent

Fairview scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They took a 73-66 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Crescent Tigers. The Yellowjackets were probably out for revenge after losing 42-37 to them when the teams met back in February, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Fairview has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season. As for Crescent, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Fairview and Minco will dust off their jerseys to take on one another at 8:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Fairview is facing Minco at the right time seeing as Minco is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Crescent, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Hennessey at 8:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
