Volleyball Recap: Pacheco Falls Despite Big Games from Olivia Rosas and Graciela Welker + How To Watch

Pacheco lost against Dos Palos back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Panthers took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Broncos. While the Panthers didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Broncos 25-17 in the first set.

Pacheco started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 17-25, 25-22, 25-21, 25-20.

Despite the defeat, Pacheco had strong showings from Graciela Welker, who had 19 digs and two aces, and Olivia Rosas, who had 17 digs. Welker is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Pacheco's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Dos Palos, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-5 record this season.

Pacheco didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Turlock Christian on the 27th. As for Dos Palos, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-1 victory against Gustine on the 28th.
