After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Forest Lake Christian, Sacramento Waldorf was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Foresthill Wildfires by a score of 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in September.

Sacramento Waldorf had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 25-15, 25-8, 26-24.

Sacramento Waldorf's record now sits at 14-1. As for Foresthill, with the defeat, they broke their four-match winning streak and moved their record to 9-4.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Sacramento Waldorf will face off against rival Encina at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Foresthill is set to challenge their familiar foe John Adams Academy Rsvl/Lin at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
