Volleyball Recap: DeLaSalle Comes Up Short

DeLaSalle was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the New Ulm Cathedral Greyhounds.

DeLaSalle's loss dropped their record down to 10-4. As for New Ulm Cathedral, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-8 record this season.

DeLaSalle has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Woodbury on the 4th. As for New Ulm Cathedral, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Shakopee on the 4th.
