Basketball Recap: Harding Takes a Loss

Harding was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Minneapolis North Patriots and fell 102-34. While losing is never fun, the Knights can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 284th, while the Patriots are ranked 108th).

Harding's loss dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Minneapolis North, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 10-7.

Looking ahead, Harding will welcome Humboldt at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Knights will be up against the Hawks' rather soft defense (which has allowed 68.93 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Minneapolis North, they will venture away from home to take on Minneapolis Southwest at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
