Soccer Recap: Plantation Falls Short of Coconut Creek in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Plantation can now relate to. They fell 2-0 to the Coconut Creek Cougars on Friday. The shutout was out of character for the Colonels seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in November of 2024.

Plantation's loss dropped their record down to 8-6-3. As for Coconut Creek, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 13-2-2.

Plantation does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Coconut Creek, they will take on Dr. Joaquin Garcia at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Coconut Creek is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.4 goals per game this season.
