Leading City of Life Christian Academy to victory were Isaac Manlove and Nathan Thompson. Manlove scored 20 points, while Thompson scored 27 points. Manlove has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last three times he's played.
Merritt Island Christian's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for City of Life Christian Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 6-8.
Merritt Island Christian will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Calvary Chapel Academy at 7:00 p.m. on January 23rd. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Florida (Calvary Chapel Academy is ranked 726th, while Merritt Island Christian is ranked 714th). As for City of Life Christian Academy, they will square off against St. Edward's at 2:30 p.m. on Friday. That game will pit two of the most dominant players against one another: Nate Sparkman and Thompson.
