Channel Islands extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to 12 on Saturday, dropping them down to 0-4. They were dealt a 66-7 loss at the hands of The Webb Schools Gauls. The Raiders were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-0.

As for The Webb Schools, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0. That looming 66-7 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for them yet this season.

The Webb Schools' win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Mikey Pino, who threw for 388 yards and six TDs while picking up 11.1 yards per attempt. Pino is crushing it when it comes to passing yards: he's passed for at least 388 every time he's taken the field this season. The Webb Schools' leading receiver Alec Kaushal was Pino's top target yet again, picking up 117 receiving yards and three touchdowns.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Channel Islands will head out to face off against Bolsa Grande at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for The Webb Schools, they will venture away from home to square off against Riverside Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Gauls will be up against the Silver Knights' rather soft defense (which has allowed 30.4 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
