Baseball Recap: Port Huron Comes Up Short

Port Huron was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 8-1 to the Marysville Vikings. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 on Monday.

Port Huron's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Marysville, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-4.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Vikings beat Port Huron by a score of 3-0 on Thursday.
