Football Recap: Potlatch Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Potlatch can now relate to. They were outmatched by the Hagerman Pirates and fell 64-20. The Loggers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 30-6.

Jay Marshal threw for 50 yards on two of six attempts.

Casen Knight had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 265 yards and five TDs on only 15 carries, while also picking up 87 receiving yards and one touchdown for Hagerman. Knight also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making nine total tackles (1.5 for loss) and defending one pass in addition to snagging three interceptions. Wyatt Mavencamp was another key player, rushing for 85 yards and a pair of scores on only six carries.

Potlatch is on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-5. As for Hagerman, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Potlatch nor Hagerman have any future games scheduled.
