Volleyball Recap: Episcopal School of Jacksonville Comes Up Short + How To Watch

After flying high against West Nassau on Tuesday, Episcopal School of Jacksonville came back down to earth. The Eagles fell just short of the Bolles Bulldogs by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Episcopal School of Jacksonville was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Bolles work for it, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 26-24, 26-28, 22-25, 25-22, 15-8.

Despite the loss, Episcopal School of Jacksonville still got an impressive performance from Lacey Reed, who had 29 digs and two aces.

Episcopal School of Jacksonville's defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Bolles, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-6.

Looking ahead, Episcopal School of Jacksonville will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against St. Johns Country Day at 6:00 p.m. As for Bolles, they are taking a road trip to take on Beachside at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
