Basketball Recap: Providence Academy Takes a Loss

Providence Academy lost against Heritage Christian Academy back in December of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Providence Academy Lions took a 77-69 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Heritage Christian Academy Eagles. While losing is never fun, the Lions can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 279th, while the Eagles are ranked 125th).

This is the second loss in a row for Providence Academy and nudges their season record down to 6-16. As for Heritage Christian Academy, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-4.

Providence Academy has already played their next contest (against Heritage Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Heritage Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
