Volleyball Recap: Wayne Comes Up Short

Wayne was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Edgewood Cougars, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 two weeks ago.

Wayne's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Edgewood, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-8 record this season.

Wayne will take on Beavercreek at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for Edgewood, they will face off against Taylor at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
